Q3 Brown Sugar: high quality, largely unrefined, dark and aromatic sugar from Reunion Island. Our quality department chose this sugar after analysing different qualities, prices and origins.

Properties:

• Origin: Cane Sugar.
• Texture/Colour: crystalline, dark brown.
• Lower calorie contribution than white sugar.
• Flavour: more aromatic (honey).
• Refinement: low level of refinement. It contains more vitamins and amino acids, which are vital for our body, making it a healthier and more nutritional alternative.
